Problem Description

While using shape command, SPC catalogues are not found.

Steps to resolve

Enter methods to resolve in this section.

1. First of all, please make sure you have installed compatible version of iTwin Analytical Synchronizer application w.r.t. your ProStructures application in your system.

2. Second, please check the config variable PS_SPC_ACTIVE is set to value 1.

If problem still persists then please follow the below steps.

3. Create a deployment image of compatible iTwin Analytical Synchronizer application.

4. Go to the path of deployment image and install the file SPCSetup.3.1.4.5.msi.

5. Restart the machine.
