Edit a Dashboard Feature
- With the dashboard unlocked, click the Quick Config icon.
- The Quick Config dialog presents a limited number of settings, and each different type of dashboard feature will have its own options. This example image below is the dialog for an Alarm widget. For each editable element, the current value is displayed to the right. So, if you wish to change the Widget Heading to something other than "Alarm Summary", enter the new name in the field and click the Save button.
- If you wish to make substantial changes to the feature, click the Advanced configuration link.
- Jump directly to the full dialog by clicking the Configuration icon.
- To duplicate a dashboard feature, click the Copy icon.
- On the Copy dialog, choose a dashboard from the table; this is where the duplicate feature will appear. Click the Copy this Widget to the Selected Dashboard button.
- Use the fields in the column headers to set parameters for which dashboards fill the table. For example, if you want only dashboards with a Widget Count of 7, enter a 7 in the header field. All dashboards that have more, or less, than 7 widgets will be removed from the table, leaving only those that conform to the parameter.
