What Entitlements are needed to Register Design Projects

Users with Manage, Engineer or Validate entitlement can Register Projects in Infrastructure Cloud portal.

Project Owner’s permissions by Entitlement

A user that Registers a Project will become the Project Owner for that specific project. As Project Owners, users will have access to the Administration menu to Manage participants, External Organizations, Reality Management, Documents settings, etc. Manage, Engineer and Validate entitlements will have different administrative permissions.
