PartL Training and Accreditation Exam for Energy Assessors This program is for energy assessors who wish to become accredited with using OpenBuildings Energy Simulators PartL SBEM interface for producing EPCs and ensuring compliance with PartL of the UK Building regulations. OpenBuildings Energy Simulator PartL is fully approved in both England and Wales at this time, with other regions to follow.
