问题描述：

SACS 调用了错误的许可证，例如用户拥有 SACS Offshore Structure Ultimate 许可证，启动SACS时也选择了SACS Offshore Structure Ultimate许可证选项，但收到了拒绝访问 SACS Offshore Structure Advanced 许可证或 OpenWindPower Fixed Foundation 的警报通知。

解决方法：

此问题在只有在Connection Client 23.00.1.25版本中出现。

因此您可以升级到高于此版本的Connection Client.
