Question:
When analyzing a model the following warning number was reported.
233 - CHECKING DATA : Maximum total deflection under wind action = H/240 , by default (Operating).
Why and how to avoid it?
Answer:
The maximum allowable deflection at the top of the vessel is set to H/240 (H = height of the vessel) by default when the user did not input a value (blank field).
The calculation program will increase the thicknesses along the vessel wall to meet this value.
Avoidance:
Enter a value of maximum deflection.
