Accessing an existent WaterSight Project
The goal of this page is to explain how a user can access an existent Digital Twin.
Steps
- You should have received an invite to joint the digital twin project. Check you email and accept the Bentley invite.
- Navigate to https://watersight.bentley.com if you are based in Americas or navigate to https://watersight-weu.bentley.com if you are based on Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia or Africa.
- On the pop-up that appears please enter your email if you already have a Bentley account. If you don’t have yet a Bentley account, contact your IT/Software manager or administrator to add yourself a Bentley account. More information on how to do it can be found here in this link.
- Once logged in, you can navigate into the different modules of WaterSight. Use the left side menu to enter in the different functionalities of the application.
Note: If you were invited to a digital twin project you might need first to check you email and accept the invite before you navigate to watersight.bentley.com or watersight-weu.bentley.com
- Every WaterSight pages contains a help article to guide the user. Click on the question mark located on the top right corner to get help for the specific page you are in.
