Problem:

After clicking the icon or link to start the AutoPIPE, screen remains blank, application does not start, why?

Solution

While using WinDBG application to debug AutoPIPE, the following DLL was called:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE16\1033\ACEWSTR.DLL

Workaround - For AutoPIPE 23.00.01.xx and higher:

The computer has an "Access Database Engine" issue; follow these instructions to fix it:

1. Uninstall "Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016"

2. Download Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable from Official Microsoft Download Center

(note: MUST be X64)

3. Install software on the computer

4. +++Important+++ reboot the computer.

5. Start and use AutoPIPE
