Procedure for downloading training completion certificates (Transcripts):

Step - 1: Navigate to https://learning.bentley.com/

Step - 2: Login using your registered email address

(Please use the same email address that was provided during Course Registration. In case you don't have an existing IMS Profile or do not remember your password, please follow the instructions on these pages (Page 1 & Page 2) to create a new account or generate a new password)

Step - 3: Please click on 'User Menu' on the left of the screen

Step 4: Visit 'My Activities' section

Step - 5: Click on 'Courses' & Click on the 'Icon' to 'Download Certificate'
