To Delete a Transmittal Draft (ProjectWise Explorer)


You can delete a transmittal as long as it is still a draft.

[Note: You cannot delete a transmittal once it has been issued. However you can recall the transmittal if you do not want recipients to be able to acknowledge, download, or respond to it.]
  1. Expand the Deliverables Management node under your associated work area.
  2. Expand the Drafts folder and select the Transmittals folder.
  3. Right-click a draft in the list and select Delete.
  4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm.
