Observed Voids in the Design Terrain Model

Problem:

When attempting to use the Create Terrain Model from Design Meshes tool to generate the terrain of a corridor, certain gaps/void were observed in the design terrain that are not intended to be void like the photo below.

Solution:

When gaps like the ones above were generated, make sure that the Rule Void option is toggled off and input a large value for the Void Minimum Area.
