Resetting User Credentials in PowerBi

Common Causes/Issues: 

When trying to sync reports to OpenGround you are recieving error messages regarding permissions.

Solution Overview:

Reset your user credentials forcing PowerBi through the login process again.

Tactical Rundown:

Step 1

Open the Data Source Settings window. Click the bottom half of Transform Data on the Home Ribbon in PowerBi.

Select Data Source Settings from the Dropdown

Step 2

Edit the permissons of all OpenGround Sources.

Clicking Edit a second time opens the login window to refresh the credentials.

Step 3

Sign in again to refresh the credentials
