This is the first of three emails that you'll be receiving over the coming week to help you onboard onto OpenGround. Each email will have something you need to Check to ensure you are where you should be and something to Progress to help you to continue moving forward. There will be something to Advance; these are items which could wait but give an additional option to allow you to push ahead if you are able.
It may be obvious, but you need to make sure that the software is installed, licenced and working as it should. The welcome email mentioned above has details for obtaining the installer. However, there are other components which may also need some consideration.
