WaterSight New Updates - 20th August 2024

We're excited to share the updates and enhancements to OpenFlows WaterSight published on August 20th, 2024:

Re-structure of the side menus:

Actionable Insights:

Accessible from Admin >> Settings >> Actionable Insights. The user can define the rules/parameters that can automatically trigger automatic issues such as pumps with low efficiency, missing billing data, priority zones for active leakage detection, etc. Once an issue is generated, it will be listed under Event Management >> Issue Resolution.

New Calendar option:

Available in the sensor, zone, and large customers overview page. Now the user can specifically set the period he wants to see for the general side-by-side graphs.

Allow up to 15 tanks in the Tank comparison page

Add Customer Meter address to the affected customers:

When running an emergency event and clicking in an affected customer from the map, the address is also now shown in the property grid.

Active Events:

II the active event list, we also show now the start date of the event

Enhancements in the sensor graph details:

easier now to zoom in the y-axis and ignore negative values. Click in the configuration wheel and there are new options for Y Range mode: Normal, from Zero, Non-Negative. When there is a big spike in the data or data is very far from the zero values, the Normal option should automatically define the right zoom for the graph.
