Question:

How do I open an OpenRoads SignCAD SGN file from ProjectWise Explorer?

Answer:

1) In ProjectWise Explorer, right click on the SGN file and pick Open With…

2) In the Open document with dialog, verify that it shows OpenRoads SignCAD 2023 under Program. To set OpenRoads SignCAD 2023 as the default program for opening SGN files, check the Always use this program box. Press OK to open the selected SGN file in OpenRoads SignCAD 2023.

NOTE: If OpenRoads SignCAD is not listed in the Open document with dialog, then pick the Browse button and browse to the C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads SignCAD 2023.00 folder and select the OpenRoadsSignCAD.exe and press Open.

Press OK to both Open document with dialogs and the selected SGN file will open in OpenRoads SignCAD 2023.
