Go to https://infrastructurecloud.bentley.com and Open or Create your project

Click on the Administration Icon on the bottom left of the view

Click on Manage your team

In here you can create or modify users, and create or modify user roles

Click on the Roles tab

Select "Create Role"

The Create Role dialogue box will open.

Enter the name of the Role that you wish to create and add a description.

Under Permission Groups expand the Reality Data section. Put a Check in the box for the user permissions that you wish to assign to this role i.e. to just view the data assign the role "Use ".

Once you have assigned the desired roles click on "Create" to complete the creation of the desired user Role

Assign User Role

To assign the new Role to a user go to the User tab

Select a User and click on the Assign Roles icon

In the Assign roles dialogue that appears select the role that you created from the list and click on Save changes.
