Introduction

The default installation folder path is the default location where the OpenFlows products install files to, including samples and lessons. The default location is different depending on the version, as documented in this article.

Due to the support of 32-bit operating systems and integration with 32-bit ArcMap, most products/versions install both a 32-bit and a 64-bit copy of the products, to different subfolders as noted below.

To find your version number, go to File > Help > About.

Where is the default installation folder path for my version?

Version 24.00.01.05 and higher

• 64-bit: C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenFlows [Water|Storm|Sewer]\
• 32-bit: C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenFlows [Water|Storm|Sewer]\x86\

Note: there are separate folders for each application name within the Samples subfolder. For example HAMMER sample files can be found (by default) in C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenFlows Water\Samples\HAMMER\

Version 24.00.00.XX

• 64-bit: C:\Program Files\Bentley\<ProductName>\
• 32-bit: C:\Program Files\Bentley\<ProductName>\x86\
