Problem

Forms in an .mvba do not open some pc's.
At the same time, User Forms cannot be added to the Visual Basic Editor.

Solution

MicroSoft Forms 2.0 Object Library is required for forms.

To resolve:
- start MicroStation and open a dgn file
- start Project Manager: Utlilities>Macro>Project Manager
- open the Visual Basic Editor
- in the Visual Basic Editor select menu:Tools>References
- add a checkmark in front of: MicroSoft Forms 2.0 Object Library and browse to C:\Windows\System32\FM20.dll
