How to obtain information on usage of levels in a file.

Background

In some cases it may be necessary to have a picture of the usage of all levels in a file, rather than for a single level.

The key-in LEVEL USAGE can be used for both reporting where a level is being used and also for querying the usage of all levels in a file.

Steps to Accomplish

The key-in "Level Usage ALL" can be used to run a query of level usage for all levels in a file. The results are displayed in Message Centre and each level can be selected to show the details of its usage (see screenshots here below).

1. Open the Key-in dialog

2. Type "LEVEL USAGE ALL" - without quotation marks - and hit enter (Fig.1)

3. Open Message Centre

4. Click on each level to display the details of its usage (Fig. 2 & 3)
