Random Folder Names that are created under All Users and the Local User
Profile. Why?
Random Folder Names are used when installing MicroStation XM.
There are 2 locations in which these folders are created:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Bentley\MicroStation\8.9
AND
C:\Documents and Settings\"user name"\Local Settings\Application
Data\Bentley\MicroStation\8.9

The folder names are created during the Installation of MicroStation XM.
The names allow for multiple versions of XM to be installed on a single
workstation so that Data is not overwritten or inadvertently used by
another version of MicroStation XM.
