Problem

ERR: After installing Windows on a clean disk I'm getting this warning message when I start MicroStation.... "This computer has not been restarted since this program was installed. If you proceed, some operations will not work correctly. Do you want to exit this program? "

Do you have a fix to get rid of this dialogue?

Solution

go to regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>Bentley>MicroStation>08.00

Delete the "Temporary" key

"This computer has not been restarted since this program was installed"
