Problem

Drafting Tools dialog is no longer available in MicroStation.
They used to be available in MicroStation V8 2004 Edition under:

> Tools > Annotation > Drafting tools

Solution

All of the drafting tools were either moved to different toolboxes or were incorporated into other tools.

Incorporated into the Place Note Tool:
Place Callout Text
Place Callout Leader
Place Callout bubble

Notes:
All adjustments can be made in the Dimension Style Dialog under the Notes category.

Moved to Detailing Symbols (Tools > Annotation > Detailing Symbols):
Place Title Text
Place Section Marker
Place Arrow Marker
Place Detail Marker
