Problem

Save to dwg and in ACAD, elements show correct Z value when using List, but Properties show invalid Elevation.

Solution

Elements are not drawn parallel to UCS. Elevation is a projection of the elements from the Z plane. To resolve, in Save As options, set Planar Line Strings to 3D Polyline. 3D Polylines do not have elevation, only Z value.
