Can BMR files be viewed in a Text Editor?.

Answer

BMR files can only be edited from inside MicroStation through the Macro dialog. The editing function is intentionally limited to just controlling the point mode Fixed, Relative, and Interactive.

Fixed: the coordinate is used as absolute coordinate.
Relative: the coordinate is used relative to the previous entered coordinate.
Interactive: The user is asked for a data point input.
