Problem:

The Surface Template component is flat in the 3D model and does not have a depth ie zero depth.

Solution:

This is a known issue that our development team is aware of. The workaround for this was to change the point constraints.

We found that changing the vertical constraint of point 5 from being vertically constrained to point 4

To being vertically constrained to point 3.
