Problem:

Users experiencing tool bars disappearing, periodic freezes, and crashes in AutoPIPE after upgrading to version 09.05.01.02.

Solution:

An issue with the North Arrow was the cause of the crashes.

The following steps provide a workaround until the issue (CAE-TR-11006) is addressed in the next version of AutoPIPE 09.06.00.15:

Open a model.
Select View Settings from the drop-down menu.
Locate the Axes section at the top, and turn off the checkbox labeled Show North Arrow (see screenshot below).
Click OK to save changes.

Note: issue has been fixed in the new version, please update your application to AutoPIPE V8i 9.6 or higher.
