Solution:
| Connection Client v.11.xx and higher |
Item #1:
Connection Client v.11.xx and higher are not compatible with Windows 7. If a user has Win7 and is facing connection issues, check if they have recently updated Connection Client to 11.xx or higher.
Solution: Uninstall all the versions of Connection Client from the computer and contact Bentley (Service Request or Phone call) requesting that they send you an older Connection Client version 10.00.19.31 because your company has Bentley SES applications running on Win 7 OS.
