ProjectWise - Not seeing all Datasource Environments when creating or editing Folder Properties

Problem Description

ProjectWise Administrator has created multiple Environments in a Datasource, however in ProjectWise Explorer when creating or modifying Folder Properties, not all the Environments are available.

Solution

The Folder Properties are inherited from the above Project / Work Area which defines the Resources available to the Folders below, to resolve

In ProjectWise Explorer select the Project / Work Area
Right Mouse click and select ‘Properties’ from popup menu
On the Project / Work Area Properties dialog select the ‘Resources’ tab
Select the Resources Type: Environment to expose the list of available Datasource Environments
Select ‘Add’
Select the Environment to add followed by OK
On the Project / Work Area Properties dialog select ‘Apply’
