How to change OpenPaths product editions?


If you have access to the OpenPaths installer

To change OpenPaths editions, from Advanced to Ultimate or vice-versa (no need to be an Administrator):

  1. Download the OpenPaths installer if you do not have it already handy.
  2. Rerun the downloaded OpenPaths installer.
  3. Click Modify and select the desired edition.
    1. Click Save & Exit to save the edition and quit the installer
    2. Click Next to select OpenPaths applications (not already installed)

 

Note: Note that changing OpenPaths editions will change your license level and may limit your access to the installed applications, depending on the edition selected. To ensure that all features and updates associated with your new license are properly applied, you must restart all running OpenPaths applications, including but not limited to CubeCacheServer, LegacyLicenseUtility, etc.

It is suggested to save any unsaved work before proceeding with the restart to prevent any data loss.
