What is the dmsg activatetoolbypath key-in?

This key-in is part of a group of older key-ins that were more primarily used in archived versions of MicroStation.
It will activate a tool, task, or other resource via its direct path within a .dgnlib file.
Key-ins like this are handy when composing MDL or VBA and creating general automation for tasks.

Here is an example key-in that parses the delivered V8iTasks.dgnlib for a specific command:
DMSG ACTIVATETOOLBYPATH \Drawing Composition\Organize\Add a Link to an Element
