On January 25th, the support in-take form on Bentley Support Portal was updated. This update ensures that the form will now capture requests for hosted Bentley products, AssetWise or ProjectWise. It will allow you to submit all the necessary information when filling out the in-take form, ultimately helping us to process your request faster. The short Q&A below provides a quick overview of this update.

New options will now appear when you select 'Request in the Category Field if your query is related to ProjectWise or an AssetWise product hosted by Bentley.
