ServiceNow supports real-time language translation and translation requests using tasks.
The following languages are supported in ServiceNow:
Users and Bentley Colleagues can translate text using Dynamic Language Translation. This feature translates text into your preferred language in real-time simply by clicking on the Translate link. For this feature to work, the select language must be set to a language other than English.
If human intervention is required for translation, Bentley Support Colleagues can open a task in ServiceNow and assign the task to the Language Support team.
