Entitlements
ProjectWise powered by iTwin uses three different entitlements.
- ProjectWise Manage
- ProjectWise Engineer
- ProjectWise Validate
ProjectWise Manage
- Documents
- Storage, version control, attribution, audit trails and more.
- View
- Hybrid workflows, dashboards and iTwins, view/approve issues, and more.
- Correspondence
- Manage deliverables, transmittals, RFIs and general correspondence.
ProjectWise Engineer
(All features of ProjectWise Manage, plus)
- Design Integration
- CAD integration services, enterprise rules-driven engineering WIP, engineering desktop
- Digital Twin Design
- PDF or 3D markup issue creation, forms-based workflows, component center catalog access, and more
ProjectWise Validate
(All features of ProjectWise Engineer, plus)
- Digital Twin Validation
- Multi-discipline, federated design reviews, BIM data checking, and advanced civil tools
- Insights
- Project and portfolio insights, author dashboards, and more
Assign Entitlements
To check if the organization has ProjectWise Manage, ProjectWise Engineer and ProjectWise Validate entitlements enabled, go to Connect.bentley.com, select Entitlement / License Management.
and select the organization’s subscription.
Filter the Application portfolio to find the entitlements.
By default, all users in the organization are allowed to all entitlements.
Default Access can be modified to Deny. If this is the case, no one in the organization will have access to the entitlement, and it should be assigned per users’ base.
To block or allow the use of an entitlement, click on Create Exception an select Users.
Type in the user’s name and click on the button
