The Civil Tools enable several detailed review workflows that are specialized for civil use cases and take advantage of Civil intelligence that is included in the iModel. The tools available and even some of the capability may change depending on the contents of the model and this is driven by the presence of Civil data opening up the additional capability.
'Common Civil Tools' are available from the 'Main Frontstage' and are available for all entitlements in Bentley Infrastructure Cloud.
Dedicated Civil workflows including 'Civil validation and Analysis' and additional Civil specific tools are available under the 'Civil Front Stage' under 'Validate' and 'Engineer' #1 Entitlements
