From the Support perspective (quick answers, happy to discuss furhter if needed):

 

• Is there a way for a user from Regional Municipality of York (ultimate 1005734268) (wenli.gao@york.ca) to access DYNAMEQ from Regional Municipality of York entitlements  and EMME from Ultimate ID: Toronto/York University (1006698046) entitlements?

A checked out license can be issued to a machine for the external use, 24/7 usage will be reported, can be provided OR (not recommended) an alternate email for the user needing access can be added to the ultimate owning the licenses and exceptions set (user would need to sign out of CONNECTION Client, sign in with their other email and Reset/Refresh policy to access the licenses at their own ultimate)

• • Can a user account be part of 2 organizations and access entitlements from both? (should I ask the PM for the website? Daniel Bishop?) No, see above
  • If we have to do contract changes and request that DMG pays for the licences for a different organization, is it feasible? As in: DMG pays 3 EMME entitlements which are accessible from the Site ID of Regional Municipality of York? Who would be paying if there is an overuse invoice? The Ultimate? Or the Site? (maybe more a question for @Devin Mojecki) The ultimate to which the site containing the needed licenses is under will pay for the licenses/usage.
