Impoved the picklist manager by allowing multiple selection of picklist values for deletion. Can use the shift key and select to choose more than one, allowing bulk deletion

Updated the create Config Pack dialog to remove the text which was innaccurate as it would always state "create config pack from existing project" Also removed the "s" from the text "create config pack" as you can only create one pack and not multiple as the title would previously imply.

Added Functionality

Component Export for Templates is now grouped under the category of "Report Templates"
- This grid has filter capabilities and components can be grouped by Template Type.
- As an additional benefit when exporting a Master Template the exported hbc will also include all the strips and the strip set links so they do not need to be exported separately.
Improved data export capabilities by adding the following options:
- Can filter locations based on Status
- Added a date picker option to export locations which have been modified on a specific date only. This removes the need to export every location when you only require those which have recently been updated.

Fixed a bug with deletion of data, the following scenarios were affected:
- Locations added to a Location Group and those locations were then deleted. In this scenario the child data deletion cascade would not occur, this would mean that the tree count wasnt update to reflect the change and if the Location data was re-imported the plan would be inaccurate.
- Samples added to a Test Schedule and those samples were deleted. In this scenario it wouldn't be possible to delete the samples and there would be an error message confirming a problem with deleting.
Fixed a bug with displaying strip sets on combined log, the log would show the strips not at correct widths.
