Within the Chart Manager, you can Add, Edit or Delete charts, and it is accessed via the Charts Icon on the System Ribbon in Template Studio.

Each Configuration Pack has its own chart manager and all charts in it can be added to any report within the configuration pack.   The chart is not saved with the log, and therefore, there are no Project level chart options available.
