This video covers how the Batch Import Helper library can be used to help group GPJ's with similar gINT Data Templates.

This is useful when preparing Submissions and Categories for the Batch Import Tool.

The video also covers gINT Data Design features that can be used to help further investigate the gINT Data Templates used within your archive.

Additional Notes

• The Data Template Assessment Add-in only looks at gINT Table and Field names when grouping GPJ's. It does not look at other properties like field data types or units when comparing GPJ's. If you suspect this will impact your data migration, you might need a customized approach to handle this when organizing and migrating your gINT archive, as well as appropriate QA/QC measures in place when re-using the imported data.
• The video says it is optional to run the gINT Utilities>Repair/Compact Databases tool on your files. It is optional, but it is highly recommended to do this before the assessment process, as well as before performing any Batch Imports.
