There are a few ways to manage project access. Key workflows are
1. User Access workflow
2. Project Access workflow
3. Default Security Groups
1. User Access Workflow
User access to projects can be defined/viewed through the User Access button in the Manage Users View.
This allows for quickly reviewing a user’s granted access levels and Assigning Projects to Users.
2. Project Access Workflow
Granting Project Access to users can be defined/viewed through Project Access button found in the Projects List View.
This allows for quickly reviewing projects granted access levels and Assigning Users to Projects.
3. Default Security Groups
Project Access Security Groups can be assigned during the user creation process using Default Security Groups. For any subsequent projects created, the user will be assigned to the project adopting their default security group settings.
Note: Projects created prior to the user being created will be unaffected by the Default Security Group settings.
