There are a few ways and palces to change the logo for reports.

Most organization s start with a primary or single logo. Instructions to change one logo are here.

Top Tip: It is simpler to change the primary logo to Logo1 and import it as such. This way all the reports that call Logo1 are still calling the logo, and you as the system administrator do not have to change the logo reference on all your reports.
