Associating Locations is used to display the information from One or more Associated (or Secondary) locations on a Primary (or Main) log output.
In order for two or more locations to be displayed on a log, they need to be associated in OpenGround Professional.
The tool is called Location Clusters, listed under Data on the Grid Tools ribbon in professional.
First select what will be the Primary or Main location, then clicking the Location Cluster button will open a menu to select the associated or secondary locations.
- Name of the Location Cluster / Primary Location.
- Listed of possible associated locations.
- List of locations that have been associated.
It is possible to associate more then 1 location with a primary location. In that case, all associated locations will be plotted on the log outputs, with the top location given showing on top in the log outputs.
