Manage Confidential Projects


Organisations may have projects that are sensitive and have additional security requirements around access. An additional layer of security can be add during the project creation process by assigning the project to have Restricted User's Permissions status.

This means the project will ignore all default users access permissions, and users will not have access until access has been assigned manually.

Caution: Restrict User's Permissions will not apply to System Administrators or users assigned to System Access Groups that have "View” or “Link User” roles assigned, ie users will still be able to view and access the projects. The project creator will also retain the ability to view and access the project.
