System-level access assigns a security group to a user independently of a particular project. Its roles can apply across the environment and may override more restrictive project-level roles.
Review permissions before assigning. Grant only the roles the user needs. A system-level role such as Edit Data may permit actions on projects where the user's project-level group is more restrictive.
In User Management, select the intended user and open System Access. Choose the appropriate security group, apply the change, and review the user's assigned group. The screenshots below show the available controls and sequence.
