One of the main features of the grid is the ability to order columns as you see fit. To do this just click on the header for the column that you wish to sort by, the column will then be set to order by increasing/decreasing values. It is possible to sort by several columns, to do so, you have to hold shift and then click on the columns you want to sort by.
