There are various structured self-led training courses available on the learning management system (LMS). This short video explains how you can gain access.
Here is an overview of some of the highlights:
- 'OpenGround Fundamentals: Quick Setup Guide' - a basic short course which gives an overview of software setup. No access to a cloud or licences? This course can help you understand what to do next.
- 'OpenGround Fundamentals: Quick Start Guide' - a basic short course which gives an overview of how to use the software. So if the software is setup and you just need a way of producing a boring log this is a good place to look.
- 'OpenGround Intermediate (FOL)...' - a series of three courses which build on the 'Quick Start Guide'. So if that course was relevant but you need more breadth and depth then this is the course for you. Note that these materials form an essential part of our facilitated online learning program (FOL) which builds on these essential self-led materials with interactive online workshops - you can find out more here. Note that while the workshops are only available in some regions the self led materials on LMS are available to anyone.
- 'OpenGround Intermediate (Onboarding)...' - materials which are referenced in the initial materials which are sent to an organisation when they adopt OpenGround. They can be referenced independently on LMS and provide an introduction to essential System Management tasks.
- 'OpenGround System Management...' - an advanced course for those looking to maintain or customise the OpenGround system. Looking to create a new boring log template, data entry profile or section template? Need to add additional items to drop down picklists? Need to develop who can access the system, which projects and control what actions they can perform with them? These sequence of courses can be viewed as a whole to develop your understanding as a System Manager or individual courses reviewed to focus on key relevant areas (such as Template Studio).
