The 'Getting Started' videos mentioned below are hosted on the learning management system (LMS) and designed to give users who are brand new to the software an overview of key areas of functionality. In many cases, key workflows will be covered to the extent that some users will simply be able to start using the software to achieve similar goals. They are relatively brief by design, allowing users to gain a reasonable amount of familiarity in a short space of time. This short video describes how to gain access to the LMS and find the relevant material.
- 'OpenGround Fundamentals: Quick Setup Guide' - an overview of different parts of the software which are needed for it to run. This guide is useful for those have not yet been able to setup the software and may need assistance in working out what to do next.
- 'OpenGround Fundamentals: Quick Start Guide' - a quick no-frills introduction to key functions within OpenGround. This is a great place to start if the software is running and you need to produce your first boring log.
Other users may require more depth and so may want to follow up with additional learning pathways. This will typically be the case for those who wish to customize the system. These 'Getting Started' videos can still be helpful to introduce some key terminology.
