When you first use the app, you must sign in using your Bentley ID.  You will need to check with your administrator for the proper license usage, so enter your email address and password for login using IMS authentication.

After successful sign-in, you will be able to use the Collector application offline to collect data. Internet access is only required when data syncing with the cloud is required.
