For users that have not been using HoleBASE Connect Edition, then the administrator for your organisation for Bentley Connect will need to setup the relevant users and then assign the correct licences to them.

For users coming over from HoleBASE Connect Edition, then much of the setting up may have already been present for users to use this. If this is the case then all that may need to be done is to assign the correct OpenGround licences to the relevant users.

The OpenGround account will need to be present once the database has been migrated. This is explored further on the OpenGround Users page. If a user has access to more than one cloud, then the dropdown at the top of the launcher will update to incorporate this. If the cloud isnt listed in this dropdown, or if a message appears stating that no cloud connections are available, then please see the details on this page,
