Some log templates require a different header area to be allocated to the first page of output to all subsequent pages.  The standard logs from the default NAM configuration packs are a good example of this:

This effect can be achieve by invoking Follow-On Mode on the Template Setup dialogue:

The area allocations for the First and Follow-on pages can then be defined independently on the two tabs on the dialogue:

Grid tabs will appear under the header and footer areas of the templates.  These can be used to toggle between the different sized headers and footer grids.

To change between the first page and follow on grids, simply click on the tab in the grid area.
