All panels are movable and re-sizable:

Hover the cursor over the edge of a panel and the pointer changes to the resize mark shown below: 

Click and drag to move the boundary in the desired direction.

On the right-hand side of the screen there are the Preview, Properties and Clipboard panels. These can be docked or moved. Click and drag on the title of one of these panels and move it to the desired position.
